1. Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery & Shipping Time To ensure the finest EDC gear at an exceptional value, we ship directly from our international partner warehouses. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
UK: Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.
Rest of Europe (EU countries): Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.
Rest of the World: Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days.
Note on Delivery Times: These timeframes are estimates only. Slight delays may occur during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to local customs clearance procedures.
3. Taxes & Duties
UK: All taxes and duties are included in the final price. There will be no additional fees upon delivery.
Rest of Europe (EU countries): Please note that shipments to countries within the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Rest of the World: While Lumenly covers taxes and duties for UK orders, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order outside of the UK. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
